I really could not imagine a better agent! From the very beginning, I was impressed with Whitney's prompt professionalism, knowledge of the area market, assertiveness, staging portfolio, and pleasant and kind manner. She staged my house beautifully and I had 3 offers within the first week. She handled the transaction smoothly and was on top of every detail. Sold a Single Family home in 2016 in Scripps Ranch, San Diego. We would most highly recommend using Whitney as your Real Estate professional. We had recently moved out of our home and on a referral hired Whitney as our agent in the sale of our home. Have never witnessed such dedication to a task. She took over and left no stone unturned in preparing the house, including bringing in a cleaning crew, making minor upgrade recommendations, and then completely staged the house, all at no expense to the us. Whitney Fields was the agent we used to sell our house in San Marcos. She did a fantastic job on all fronts. She staged the house beautifully after we moved out (at no cost to us) and was available whenever a showing was needed. I feel that her input on pricing was excellent. She helped ready the house for sale by providing contractors to fix items before they went on the market, and also to fix items discovered in the inspections. Whitney handled all the contractor visits that were required. She brought all the paperwork to us at our new home for signing and explained all the real estate jargon thoroughly.
