Dining, Entertainment & Shopping
North Coast Highway 101 runs through Leucadia parallel to the coastline. This vibrant stretch is lined with a fine choice of restaurants.
Valentina is a rustic and romantic restaurant serving flavorful Mediterranean bistro fare prepared with fresh local ingredients.
Solterra Winery and Kitchen also draws on the cuisine of the Mediterranean for its menu of seasonal tapas, small plates, charcuterie and cheese boards, steakhouse and seafood entrees, and authentic paella. These eats are paired with Solterra wines crafted and aged on-site from Californian and Mexican grapes. Inside the historic 1888 Santa Fe Railroad Station,

Things to Do
Along the oceanfront, Leucadia State Beach is subdivided into the distinct beaches of
Beacon’s Beach to the south and
Grandview Beach to the north. Tucked beneath high bluffs, both beaches are popular sandy spots for surfing and sunbathing. Every Sunday between 10 am and 2 pm,
Leucadia Farmers Market brings more than 75 vendors to the grounds of Paul Ecke Elementary School. Items on sale include fresh produce, plants, beef, seafood, baked goods, and many kinds of specialty foodstuffs.
The Annual LeucadiART Walk in late August centers on a juried art exhibition with artists displaying their entries at various points along Coast Highway 101. The festivities also include free trolley rides, a children’s art pavilion, art and dance demonstrations, and live music at nine venues around Leucadia.
